Include all original packaging and accessories. Please try on apparel and helmets carefully indoors before use.

Fitment and installation

Please confirm your motorcycle’s year, make, model, and any relevant modifications before ordering. Some parts require additional measurements or professional installation.

Do not install an item if its compatibility is uncertain. Installation may make the item ineligible for return.

How to request a return

Before shipping merchandise back, contact us with:

Your name and order number.

The item you wish to return.

The reason for the return.

Photos, if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Telephone: (816) 452-4668
Email: sales@alteregocycle.com

We will provide return instructions and confirm where the item should be sent. Do not send merchandise directly to a supplier or manufacturer unless instructed.

Return shipping

For an eligible return due to a change of mind, size selection, or customer ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Use secure packaging and a trackable shipping service. Keep your shipping receipt until the return is completed. Damage caused by inadequate return packaging may affect eligibility for a refund.

If we sent an incorrect item or merchandise arrived damaged, contact us before paying for return shipping so we can arrange the appropriate solution.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and keep the item, shipping carton, packing materials, and labels.

Provide photographs of the item and packaging when possible. Do not install, use, discard, or return the item until we provide instructions.

Defective products and warranties

If a product appears defective, contact us with your order information and a description of the problem.

Manufacturer warranties vary by product. We will help you determine the appropriate warranty process. A warranty claim may require manufacturer inspection or approval and does not automatically qualify for an immediate refund.

Refunds

Returned merchandise will be inspected before a refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will notify you when your return has been reviewed and whether the refund has been approved.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit after it is issued. If the original payment method is unavailable, contact us to discuss the available options.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability. Contact us before returning an item for a different size or product so we can confirm eligibility and explain the exchange process.

Electrical items are not eligible for exchange.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will attempt to stop fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun.

If an order has already shipped, the applicable return requirements and shipping charges will apply.

Local pickup returns

The same return requirements apply to online orders collected in person.
